Our Podcast Studio is equipped with Rode’s industry-standard audio equipment and now features complete video capabilities! This studio is equipped with the Rodepodcater Pro with 4 Rode Procaster Microphones that allow for recording clean, crisp audio by up to four guests. All equipment provided as part of your podcast booking is simple to operate and requires little to no setup (even for first-time podcasters). Please read the equipment details below for a complete list of all equipment included with your rental.

Here are a few more details:

For first-time visitors, we ask that you set aside 30 minutes for our complimentary orientation and tour, which is usually $35.

To reserve this studio, a two-hour minimum is necessary. We provide all of the audio equipment but cameras must be rented or you must bring your own. You can choose from our 1080p Cannon or our Sony ZV-1 cameras. If you need a sound engineer we can provide one but you must specify when you’re booking,

Your session audio files can be delivered in two ways: Laptops or other devices with an SD card reader are acceptable. Instead of bringing an external hard drive, you can use our office computer to transfer files. *An SSD Hard Drive (Required Transfer Speed 1,050MB/s) or USB 3.0 Thumb drive is required to record video, and a Micro SD card is required to record your Multitrack Audio. If you do not already have one, you can acquire one on-site.

* Note that the studio is set up for recording purposes only. You must either do it yourself or hire a professional to do it for you to edit your photos.

CANCELLATION POLICY: TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT, ALL STUDIO BOOKINGS MUST BE CANCELLED OR ADJUSTED 3 DAYS (72 HRS) IN ADVANCE.

I appreciate that booking studio time while COVID-19 is still a problem that carries a risk. If I am forced to cancel or postpone my appointment due to an incident involving COVID-19, the 72-hour cancellation policy remains in effect.

Podcast Studio Rental FAQ’s

You can use a USB 3.0 drive, MicroSD Card, or cloud storage, you’ll have the option of saving your recording. We recommend bringing a USB drive or MicroSD card if you plan on using one. If you don’t have any we typically have a few on-site for you to buy. If you’re using a cloud storage service (such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, or Dropbox), be sure to have your login credentials at the ready.

Sessions for the Podcast Studio Rental can be scheduled from 9 AM to 9 PM hours (as of Feb 1, 2022). Here are the store’s opening and closing times.
We use a RODECaster Pro as our podcast recording studio’s primary recording control board. The recording and transfer of audio files are ensured by using RODE professional microphones and Mic Stands, and professional headphones for playback and PC audio software.
There is room for four people to record at once in our Podcast Recording Studio.
Yes! Whatever your level of experience is, our state-of-the-art recording equipment is recognized as the simplest in the industry in terms of ease of use and self-navigation.
Yes! Our Podcast PC is connected to a high-speed internet connection to ensure that your interview partner’s voice is as straightforward as possible. As a result, Skype is our preferred method of audio communication. Any other online audio conferencing solution should be discussed with the Podcast Specialist in your desired location.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time if this is your first time using our studio.   So that we can go over studio and equipment in detail before we start recording, this will give us plenty of time to get to know each other. If you haven’t been to one of our studio before, please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
