You’ll have everything you need to in our high-quality photography and video studio. We provide a Godox strobe light with various attachments, RGB ambient lighting, and other various lighting equipment that can be used in this private studio for photography and videography, respectively. Additionally, there is the option to add any color backdrop to this room. This area also includes a changing room. Bookings must be made a minimum of two hours in advance.

A Shared Studio provides a professional studio space that is available for rent for videographers and photographers! The studio is outfitted with lights, white floors, and green, black, and white screens. It’s great for product photography, studio interviews, and so much more! Stop lugging your lights, backgrounds, and other equipment around and reserve our studio for an hour or a day instead!
All levels of photographers and videographers can take advantage of our video and photography studio rental choices, regardless of their experience level. You’re not only getting a great space to work when you rent our studio, but you are getting lighting equipment, wood flooring, white, black, green, and several other screens. It’s all here if you’re looking for high-quality equipment and a wonderful place to work. So you don’t have to worry about transporting your equipment from one location to another when you rent our studio space for your video and photography needs.
Renting our studio? Here’s additional information:
- You can pay $50 an hour or $250 for a day of service.
- Located on the second floor at 18 Common St Suite 206, Waterville Maine 04901. Common st is conveniently right off Main street and several restaurants other local businesses are within walking distance from our studio.
- With access to an elevator, you can reach our studio at any time of the day or night. We’ll work with you to find a time that works for both of us (based on availability.)
- This is great news if you’re looking for a photography or videography studio! Schedule a time slot right away.
To reserve this studio, a one-hour minimum is necessary. You can not use this space for any type of event.
CANCELLATION POLICY: TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT, ALL STUDIO BOOKINGS MUST BE CANCELLED OR ADJUSTED 3 DAYS (72 HRS) IN ADVANCE.
I appreciate that booking studio time while COVID-19 is still a problem that carries a risk. If I am forced to cancel or postpone my appointment due to an incident involving COVID-19, the 72-hour cancellation policy remains in effect.
Damage and Studio conditions – The client is solely responsible for any and all damage to the studio’s backgrounds, equipment, or other work locations. The studio will be returned in the same state it was when the rental period began for the client. Damages will be billed to the customer at the repair fee if they occur. An additional $60 cleaning fee will be levied to the customer if they leave the studio in an unacceptable state.

There are two times per day when the studio is open: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 12 pm to 9:00 pm, Sunday (Sunday). Please view the studio schedule HERE for the most up-to-date information on availability.

We do not provide a professional photographer, but you can choose from one of our recommended photographers HERE if YOU DO NOT intend to act as the official photographer for the event.
Yes, all lighting equipment is included in the rental. We provide a strobe light, RGB ambient lights, various fluorescent and LED lights.
White, black, green, and gray are the most common colors, but we have several other colors to choose from. If you need a particular color, please fill out the contact form on the contact page and let us know what you need. If we don’t have it, we can pre-order it for you for a small fee, and you will need to inform us at least one week before your session.

Yes, you can; please contact us or directly at xxx xxx xxxx to organize a studio tour.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time if this is your first time using our studio. So that we can go over studio and equipment in detail before we start recording, this will give us plenty of time to get to know each other. If you haven’t been to one of our studio before, please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
